From macro-level legislative context to micro-level clause analysis, Prof. Niu delivered a logically structured, step-by-step explanation that offered our entrepreneurs clear guidance on fully grasping the law's essential principles.
Through Lawyer Niu's explanation, we have gained a deep understanding of the significance of the Law on Promoting the Development of the Private Economy—China's first foundational law dedicated to this sector. Its implementation provides scientific guidance and legal protection for the sustained, healthy, and high-quality development of the private economy. It fully demonstrates the Party Central Committee's unwavering commitment to supporting the private economy and conveys a clear signal from the Party and state that the rule of law will safeguard and foster the growth of private enterprises.
The meeting emphasized the need to deeply understand the significant importance of the Private Economy Promotion Law. We must integrate the implementation of General Secretary Xi's important speech at the private enterprise symposium and his key instructions during his visit to Tianjin with the study, promotion, and implementation of this law.
