When the complex reaches the test zone, it is captured by the immobilized capture agent on the test line (T-line), triggering a color reaction. The qualitative result is then determined by visually comparing the color intensity of the test line (T-line) and the control line (C-line).

Prepare and label the test samples, then allow them to reach room temperature.

Remove the required number of microplate strips and label them for later use.
Add sample
Use a pipette to transfer 200 μL of the sample into the detection well.
Mixed incubation
Pipette the sample and reagent up and down 5 times to mix thoroughly. Incubate at room temperature for 5 minutes.

Fully immerse the MAX end of the test strip into the mixture and incubate at room temperature for 5 minutes.
